Customer Service Representative

Our client is a groundbreaking telehealth service specializing in men’s health, offering personalized and discreet healthcare solutions. They are seeking a male Customer Service Representative to enhance their team. This role involves managing community engagement across various platforms, including social media comments, DMs, SMS, and emails, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high-quality, fluent written English communication.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual capable of undertaking a wide range of operational and administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting, to support the seamless delivery of services.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST, Mondays to Sundays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community by responding to social media comments, direct messages, SMS, and emails in a professional and fluent manner.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Perform accurate data entry tasks and prepare reports as required, contributing to the efficiency of operations.
  • Administrative Support: Carry out various administrative tasks to assist in the smooth running of the telehealth service.
  • Operational Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability by taking on miscellaneous operational tasks as needed, showcasing an ability to fit into the team and contribute to its success.
  • Quality Communication: Maintain impeccable written English in all customer interactions, ensuring clear, concise, and compassionate communication.
