A reputable firm seeks to hire an HR Manager.

With 6 years experience in a similar field and a degree in business administration or human resource management, the ideal candidate must have strong understanding of Ghanaian Labor laws, strong report writing skills and presentation skills , and an experience with HR database and HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads internal and external communication of the organization.
  • Establish and maintain efficient records management systems.
  • Liaise with finance to ensure effective compensation and benefits administration.
  • Implement strategies to create and promote a culture of continuous improvement in productivity and quality of services to customers.
  • Ensure the organization complies with all HR related legal requirements and government reporting regulations.

Experience in dealing with trade unions will be an added advantage.
