Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant at P23 Africa. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and handling day-to-day tasks. This includes managing calendars, organizing meetings and events, handling correspondence, and performing general clerical duties. The Administrative Assistant will also provide executive administrative assistance and ensure effective communication within the company.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Monthly salary: £230
