They are seeking a seasoned and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer to lead their HR function for the EMEA region. This is a remote-based position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within EMEA. As the CHRO, you will play a critical role in shaping the future by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in the field of Immunology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and strategic implementation of their HR strategy across EMEA ensuring alignment with the overall business goals.
• Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and learning & development.
• Partner with senior leadership to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged work environment.
• Develop and implement innovative HR programs and initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the competitive field of Immunology.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations across the EMEA region.

About You:

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in a global environment.
• Deep understanding of talent management principles & best practices in the field of Immunology.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and strong business acumen required. Additional European languages a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
