Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR tasks including documentation, interview management, record-keeping, HR management of social media platforms, shift allocations, rota management, and other HR-related duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage documentation related to HR processes and procedures.
Coordinate and manage interviews with candidates.
Maintain accurate records of employee information and activities.
Oversee HR management of social media platforms.
Handle shift allocations and rota management for employees.
Liaise with the accountant and other HR-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a HR Officer or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
