Liranz Limited seeks to hire an Accounting /Administrative Assistant who will primarily be responsible for managing the office to ensure workload prioritization and service excellence.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a related field and a recognized qualification.

Duties:

  • Filing relevant and confidential documents, deposit slips, post-dated cheques for record keeping.
  • Preparing and distributing invoices and following on Clients for payment.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Performing research to identify potential clients.
  • Directing and controlling the processing of orders, fielding clients inquires and resolving client complaints.
  • Ensuring that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
