Position Overview:
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within assigned territories. You will leverage your strong interpersonal skills, in-depth product knowledge, and understanding of the healthcare industry to build relationships and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Implementation:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.
Identify key healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to target for product promotion and sales.

Product Promotion and Education:
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and uses of our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
Conduct product presentations, seminars, and workshops to educate healthcare professionals on product efficacy and safety.

Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide regular feedback to management on market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

Compliance and Reporting:
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines, including those set forth by relevant regulatory authorities and Our internal policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in CRM systems.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Administration.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence healthcare professionals.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories and attend occasional evening or weekend events.
