Role Description
* Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
* Answer incoming phone calls and direct visitors to appropriate person or department.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mails, packages, and deliveries.
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
* Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
* Uphold security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.

Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum HND Degree in Secretariat, Business Administration or related field.
* Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
