Senior Level Position

A brokerage company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join the team in Tema.

 

 

Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the brokerage industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
3. Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance against goals.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders.
5. Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s client base.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
10. Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the brokerage or financial services industry.
3. Strong knowledge of brokerage products, financial markets, and investment strategies.
4. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
8. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
9. Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM systems.
