The Senior Financial Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting internal and external audits. The role also involves providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenditure controls
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and donor financial regulations
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
• Supervise accounting staff and strengthen financial controls
• Support management with accurate financial analysis and recommendations
