Responsibility
Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products/services, generate
interest, and qualify leads.
Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their needs, pain
points, and purchasing preferences.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and address
any objections or concerns raised by prospects.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities based on predetermined criteria and
qualification guidelines.
Set appointments for sales representatives to conduct further discussions or product
demonstrations with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the
CRM system.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly quotas for lead generation, call volume, and
appointment setting.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align telemarketing efforts with
overall sales and marketing objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to
enhance telemarketing effectiveness and efficiency.
