Salary: Competitive — Based on Experience
Your Role Will Include:
Performing welding using techniques such as MIG, TIG, Arc, and Gas welding
Reading and working from blueprints, technical drawings, and instructions
Fabricating and assembling metal structures with accuracy and precision
Inspecting welds and finished work for quality and safety compliance
Keeping tools and equipment in top condition
Following all workplace safety procedures and protocols
Collaborating with your team to meet deadlines and production goals
Repairing damaged or broken metal components when needed
What You’ll Need:
Certificate, diploma, or hands-on experience in welding or a related trade
Proficiency in multiple welding techniques and use of tools/equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to top-quality work
Strong physical stamina and readiness for a fast-paced work environment
Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding and fabrication
Previous experience in industrial or construction welding is a strong plus
