This is primarily a customer service champion role, to ensure that the customer has a pleasant experience at each point they come into contact with NIma Chow.
You will take overall responsibility for the front of house operations; the primary responsibilities are ensuring excellent customer service in order fulfilment, dispatching orders and for eat-in orders.
You will also deal with customer feedback and resolving customer complaints and supporting marketing and sales
