A leading insurance company is hiring Internal Audit I.T Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Conduct Automated Data Processing (ADP) audits and computer audits.
2) To examine internal IT controls, evaluate the design and operational effectiveness.
3) To determine IT exposure to risk and develop remediation strategies
4) To assist in the conduct of system-based fraud investigations.
5) To submit reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on work done.
6) To evaluate whether systems and applications are controlled, reliable, efficient, secure, and effective.
7) Conduct effective and efficient pre-auditing of all claims ensuring compliance with internal controls.
8) Ensure all approved procurement requisitions are within budgets and in line with the Public Procurement Act.
9) Conduct end of year cash count and report the outcome to the Head, Internal Audit.
10) Ensure effective premium collections and bank lodgements.
Any other duties that may be assigned.

EXPERIENCED/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related discipline
• Certificate in CISA, CISSP, or other similar one
• Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate multiple data.
• Strong ability to work in a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and writing).
• A least 2years working experience in a similar role

LOCATION: Must be staying in Accra
