Role Summary
The ASM drives sales performance and market share within the assigned territory. They manage accounts, execute trade strategies, and collaborate with RSMs to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
-Implement territory sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
-Track market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
-Collaborate with marketing and trade teams on campaigns and product launches.
-Report performance metrics and insights to the RSM.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and trade terms.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-5–6 years of experience in sales, ideally in FMCG.
-Knowledge of retail, modern trade, and distribution channels in Nigeria.
