KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and acquire SMEs through field prospecting, referrals, and digital leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations, onboard merchants, and drive activation.
- Achieve monthly onboarding, activation, and revenue targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned merchants.
- Maintain high retention of active merchants and support ongoing usage.
- Resolve basic issues and escalate complex cases as required.
- Maintain accurate sales and onboarding records.
- Submit weekly performance reports and participate in pipeline reviews.
- Gather market feedback and share customer and competitor insights with management.



QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree in Business related field or Marketing or IT.
- 1-3 years experience in sales, business development, or field marketing.
- Experience selling to SMEs is a strong advantage.
- Fintech or digital products experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.


OTHER COMPETENCIES
- High energy and resilience in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of digital platforms and mobile.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activity.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
