The development, planning and execution of most marketing activities (launches, re-launches, BTL activities);
The development and implementation of brand strategies (communication, pricing, media);
The development of new product initiatives (market and consumer research, product research, concept and communication development, packaging development).
Promotions: develop, recommend and execute all promotions on coordinated brand (price promotions, sampling, raffles, premium packs, overfills, etc...), in close cooperation with the Financial Analysts, Trade Marketing, Purchasing and the BTL/advertising agencies. Assess the impact of those promotions and recommend follow-up action.
Launch & re-launches: coordinate product & concept research, tests, communication, packaging, media, consumer promotion, distribution plan, POSM, trade promotion, financial assessment etc.; recommend the final plan; assess the outcome and submit a follow-up recommendation. Brand strategy: develop and implement the communication, media and pricing strategies.
New product initiatives: identify and exploit new product initiatives.
Budget Control of coordinated brand.
About you:
At least 2 years marketing management experience, ideally in a multinational FMCG company;
University degree, preferably in economics or business administration;
English advance both written and spoken;
PC skills: MS Office;
Strategic mindset and collaborative approach.
