Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Food Service Net Sales / Coverage & Usage Target for assigned Region(s)
  • Responsible for driving growth of existing products as well as launching of any new Food Service product in assigned region(s).
  • Handle distribution model of Food Service sales in assigned regions.
  • Establish, maintain & expand customer base in assigned region(s) with the help of his/her team.
  • Develop & implement food service strategies in assigned region(s).
  • Ensure delivery of sales targets by individual Food Service Sales Supervisors and his/her team as a whole
  • Generate required Market intelligence accurately from assigned territory as per pre-decided fixed frequency to help management take right decisions related to pricing, promotion etc.

 Requirements

  • Relevant Degree or professional Certificate in Marketing or Sales
  • Relevant Sales Management Experience in a reputable FMCG Company
  • Should have handled redistribution model sales.
  • Should be able to handle a team of 3-4 sales supervisors.
  • Ability to work with Excel and Power Point
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
  • Open mindset, proactiveness, teamwork
  • Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
