Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global operational frameworks that align with business objectives.
- Lead cross-regional teams and collaborate with functional departments to optimize performance.
- Monitor and manage KPIs to ensure operational goals are consistently achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery, client operations, and internal processes.
- Ensure adherence to international compliance standards, internal policies, and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and project execution at a global scale.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, offering insights and recommendations on operational efficiencies.
- Identify technology or process gaps and recommend solutions to enhance operational performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (7+ years) in operations management, preferably within IT services, digital solutions, or a global tech-focused environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading remote, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
- Strong understanding of business operations, process design, and global supply chain or service delivery models.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in operations and project management tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
