Job Summary
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a sales-driven or pharmaceutical company and be capable of managing workforce operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
Implement and monitor performance management systems (especially for sales teams).
Coordinate staff training and development programs.
Manage compensation, payroll inputs, and sales incentive structures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain HR records and provide management reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years proven HR experience.
Mandatory experience in a Sales company or Pharmaceutical industry.
CIPM Certified.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience managing field/territory staff is an advantage.
