We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resource Manager to lead the full HR function of a growing flour manufacturing factory located in the Tema Free Zone Area.

Workforce Planning & Recruitment
Employee Relations & Disciplinary Management
HR Policy Development & Labour Law Compliance
Payroll & Attendance Administration
Performance Management & KPI Tracking
Training, Learning & Development
Health, Safety & Employee Welfare Support
Industrial Relations & Stakeholder Engagement
HR Reporting, Analytics & Administration
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field
Professional HR Certification or Membership of a recognized HR body is an advantage
5 –7 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing, factory, FMCG, food processing, agro-processing, or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of:

• Payroll Administration
• Workforce Planning
• Performance Management
• Attendance & Shift Management
• HR Policies and Compliance
