KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage recruitment and on-boarding processes. Maintain updated job descriptions and staff records.
2. Support performance management and appraisal systems. Handle employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support.
3. Coordinate staff training and development programs.
4. Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies and processes.
6. Promote employee engagement, welfare, and workplace safety.
7. Generate HR reports and metrics for management decision-making.
8. Support workforce planning and HR strategy initiatives.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
2. Professional HR certification is an advantage.
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR roles.
4. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
5. Proactive, detail-oriented excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. High Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
