NURSE MANAGER

 Job Description
The Nurse Manager will oversee nursing operations, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of patient care while managing administrative and clinical responsibilities within the facility.
 

Key Responsibilities 

•  Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily operations 
•  Ensure high standards of patient care and safety 
•  Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures 
•  Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations 
•  Oversee inventory and resource management 
•  Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations 

Requirements

•  Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s or higher preferred) 
•  Valid registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Ghana 
•  Proven leadership or supervisory experience 
•  Strong organizational and decision-making skills 
•  Minimum of 3–5 years clinical experience
