PHP & Vue.js Developer (with Laravel, Nuxt.js, and PostgreSQL Experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled PHP & Vue.js Developer to join our team, with expertise in Laravel and Nuxt.js. The ideal candidate will focus on troubleshooting, improving an existing platform, and rebuilding it with a focus on stability and scalability. You will also play a key role in developing a new BI interface for metrics. 

Responsibilities

 ● Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix bugs in the current platform. 

● Rebuild the platform using Laravel and Nuxt.js, focusing on stability, performance, and scalability. ● Develop new features and functionality using PHP, Vue.js, Laravel, Nuxt.js, and PostgreSQL. 

● Build and maintain a business intelligence (BI) interface for metrics and reporting. 

● Optimize database queries and ensure efficient use of PostgreSQL. 

● Implement security best practices to ensure high standards of code quality. 

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet business needs. ● Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in PHP, Vue.js, and related frameworks. 

Requirements & Qualifications 

● Strong experience with PHP and the Laravel back  framework 

 ● Proficiency with Vue.js and Nuxt.js (Vue.js front-end framework). 

● Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.

 ● Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving bugs in a production environment. 

● Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and team collaboration tools.

 ● Ability to develop clean, well-structured, and maintainable code. 

● Experience building or integrating BI interfaces and dashboards. 

● 3+ years of development experience with RESTful APIs and backend systems. 

● Ability to work in a dynamic environment and deliver high-quality solutions. 

 Preferred Characteristics 

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex issues. 

● Previous experience refactoring legacy codebases.

 ● Passionate about new technologies and improving existing systems.

 ● Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
