To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Solid global background in Finance, Project Management, Human Resource Operations.
  • Have experience with Global Mobility, relocation including immigration, International Compensation and income tax.
  • Capability to work cross-functionally and by initiative.
  • Being process-oriented and analytic-driven mindset.
  • Being a self-starter with a high motivation level.
  • Have excellent communication skills; capable of clearly articulating action plans and structured communication within the organization.
  • Be a team player with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and good presentation skills.
