Regional Operations Officer

We’re looking for a Regional Operations Officer to manage day-to-day logistics activities, build strong client relationships, and ensure smooth service delivery in the region.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee regional deliveries, routing, and scheduling.
• Monitor performance and drive operational efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, resolving issues quickly.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with other teams to ensure service excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in logistics/operations with customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; logistics software knowledge is a plus.
