Working hours: 8am to 5:30pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: GHS2000.00 + Commission
THE NATURE OF YOUR JOB
Your role as a Sales Manager is a crucial office to the total success of our company. In simple terms, you are responsible for bringing in cash and helping in the exposure of our company’s brand image to the outside world. Below are your roles as a sales manager.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
CONVERTING PROSPECTS INTO CLIENTS
Prospecting is just the beginning of the sales process. The most important part of your work is to ensure that you do the necessary follow-ups to convert as many prospects as possible.
