Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities in the healthcare sector
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand customer needs and feedback
Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
Represent the company at health-tech events, trade shows, and networking activities
Provide after-sales support and ensure client retention and growth
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in tech, health, or B2B environments
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and health-tech products is a strong advantage
Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Adaptable and open to learning in a startup setting
Professional, persistent, and customer-focused
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
