Responsibilities

  Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities in the healthcare sector

  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners

  Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers

  Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction

  Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand customer needs and feedback

  Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends

  Represent the company at health-tech events, trade shows, and networking activities

  Provide after-sales support and ensure client retention and growth


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field

  2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in tech, health, or B2B environments

  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

 Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office

  Knowledge of the healthcare industry and health-tech products is a strong advantage

 Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets

 Adaptable and open to learning in a startup setting

 Professional, persistent, and customer-focused

 Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
