Role Overview
We're looking for a self-motivated, agile, and results-driven Sales Representative to help us grow our customer base and revenue. As an early team member, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, building lasting relationships, and driving the commercial success of our products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire new customers across retail, hospitality, foodservice, and wholesale sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
Present and promote our range of meat products to meet customer needs and dietary preferences.
Provide market feedback to help shape product development, pricing, and packaging.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
What we are Looking For:
2+ years of experience in sales (meat, agribusiness, FMCG, or food & beverage industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset – resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
Passion for the food and agriculture industry, especially sustainable and ethical meat production.
Ability to wear multiple hats and contribute to various business functions.
Willingness to travel locally or regionally to visit clients and partners.
Bonus Points
Experience with startups or launching new products to market.
Knowledge of cold chain logistics and basic meat processing terminology.
Familiarity with CRM software and data-driven sales practices.
