Responsibilities:
· Support the Group CFO in developing and implementing financial strategies.
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
· Oversee preparation and consolidation of group financial statements.
· Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements.
· Coordinate finance operations across subsidiaries and business units.
· Support treasury management, liquidity planning, and investment oversight.
· Drive financial transformation, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
· ACA, ACCA, or CFA certification is mandatory.
· Minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience.
· Strong background in Insurance, Financial Services, or Holding Company environments.
· Advanced knowledge of IFRS, Corporate Finance, Internal Controls, and ERP systems.
