Lead and execute an average of 5-7 quick turnaround primary market research projects from inception to completion at a time, including survey programming, fieldwork management, data cleaning, and reporting.
Participate in or lead consultative client discussions to identify business needs and define research objectives in collaboration with the account director and regional team lead.
Draft survey questions and develop research plans that align with client objectives.
Leverage Apollo’s proprietary technology to program and distribute surveys to key healthcare audiences, including physicians, patients, payers, and pharmacists.
Collaborate with the sample fulfillment team to execute research in both U.S. and international markets.
Review and contribute client deliverables, ensuring research outputs align with business and research objectives.
Ensure compliance with market research best practices, including adverse event (AE) training and reporting, following internal and manufacturer-specific guidelines.
Utilize software tools for data analysis, project management, and cross-team communications.
Effectively manage monthly research revenue of $150,000+.
What We’re Looking For:
4-6 years of experience delivering primary market research to pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
Bachelor's degree in social sciences or life sciences; advanced degree a plus.
Strong foundational knowledge of primary market research design and execution, particularly in support of drug and medical device manufacturers.
Understanding of life sciences stakeholder groups, including healthcare professionals, patients, pharmacists, and payers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint (Mac skills a plus).
Strong problem-solving abilities with impeccable attention to detail.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
