Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Sorting Agents to join our night shift team. The successful candidates will be responsible for sorting, scanning, and organizing packages or items accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth warehouse or dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort incoming items (e.g., parcels, documents, inventory) by size, destination, or category
- Scan barcodes and update tracking systems as needed
- Load and unload items onto conveyors, shelves, or delivery vehicles
- Inspect items for damage and report any irregularities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the sorting area
- Meet hourly sorting quotas and quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Minimum of JHS/SHS certificate; prior warehouse/logistics experience is a plus
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift items for extended periods
- Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
