Pharmacy Technician
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented pharmacy technician to join our team at a leading private retail pharmacy company. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and fill prescriptions accurately under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
2. Measure, count, label, and package medications according to prescriptions.
3. Maintain medication inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
4. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about prescriptions and over-the-counter medications.
5. Process insurance claims and co-payments.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Education: Pharmacy Technician certification and license (required).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting (preferred).

1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficient in computer software applications.
