Puma Commercial Assessment Programme (PCAP)—Africa and LATAM
The Puma Commercial Assessment Program (PCAP) was created in order to provide an opportunity to individuals who are interested in the oil & gas industry but may not have industry experience.
The PCAP Program will provide successful candidates with a permanent opportunity within a middle-management to senior-level commercial role.
The business segments that you can be considered for based on your experience are as follows: B2B, Future Energies, Supply, Retail, Finance, Commercial Sales, Aviation, and General Management.
The Puma Finance Assessment Programme
The Puma Finance Assessment Programme is a new approach that will look to evaluate participants’ potential to transition into senior leadership roles within the finance domain. The programme aims to identify and cultivate Puma Energy’s next generation of leaders.
Participants who are successful in this programme will gain access to highly effective mentorship opportunities designed to assist them in developing their leadership capabilities and skills through on-the-job training and coaching. We are looking for candidates who are
motivated to establish themselves in intermediate- to mid-level functions in the Africa Region.
