Job Summary:
Our client, a Ghanaian engineering service provider for the extractive and energy sector, requires the services of a proactive, growth minded engineering professional with commercial acumen and project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
*Develop proposals, pitch decks, and strategic plans to support growth
*Conduct market research and competitive analysis
*Collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive teams to drive revenue
Engineering Project Management:
*Lead cross-functional engineering teams through project lifecycle
*Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
*Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve technical challenges
*Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
*Report project status to stakeholders and senior leadership
QUALIFICATIONS :
* 10+ years work experience in the similar field
* Extractives, Energy or Manufacturing experience
* Experience with engineering procurement
* Minimum of BSc in Mechanical Engineering
