Role Overview
We are hiring a proactive Business Manager to run and scale daily operations of a fast growing concierge start up, ensuring smooth service delivery, strong vendor coordination, and excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily concierge operations
• Source and manage vendors and service partners across Ghana
• Drive marketing and social media growth strategies
• Improve processes, SOPs, and workflows
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Handle escalated client issues
• Support staff onboarding and performance
• Work with leadership to scale services
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with vendors in Ghana
• Ability to thrive in a start up environment
Salary
3,500 - 5,000 GHS
