Job Responsibilities:
• Ability to Manage preparation, filing and collection of compliance certificates of various regulatory documents required for client operations which includes but is not limited to NSITF, ITF, PENCOM, GROUP LIFE, BPP, NIPEX, SCUML, REDAN, DPR etc.
• Provide expert guidance on company registration, restructuring, and other regulatory compliance matters with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
• Facilitate the registration of new companies (pre incorporation) and amendments to company details (post incorporation).
• Develop and deliver training sessions on corporate governance, HR best practices, regulatory compliance, and related topics.
• Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices, and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the first point of contact for queries and support.
Qualifications & Skills:
• BSC/HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, professional certifications would be a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate services, HR advisory, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with HR software and regulatory tools.
• Ability to manage regulatory documentation and compliance matters effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards in dealing with client matters.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
