Are you someone who can:
- Deploys integrated risk management frameworks, governance, and compliance throughout the card business.
- Develop tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of risk management strategic objectives in partnership with leadership.
- Provide subject matter expertise in card risk management and thought leadership in the Card business.
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support innovative and integrated practical solutions to enhance sales and increase profitability
- Ensure optimized customer experience and service throughout the value chain.
- Manage expenditure planning and variances within approved budget parameters.
- Minimize losses that may arise from the Card business within approved thresholds.
- Review and deploy effective risk rules to manage card risks and support business without negatively impacting customer transactions and satisfaction.
- Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships across business areas and the group.
- Analyse information and reports to identify trends and discrepancies for decision-making.
You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
- Relevant Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or IT Risk Management
- Certification in any of the following will be an advantage: PCI-DSS and/or ISO
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with relevant Card risk, auditing, governance, compliance, and/or management experience
