What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cashflow forecasting models to ensure the effective management of cash

  • Monitor and communicate weekly, monthly and annual cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity, working capital management and funding requirements.
  • Liaise with AP and AR to ensure sufficient liquidity and efficient cash management, including preparing 12 weeks rolling cash forecast
  • Model, analyse, and communicate foreign currency exposure. Assist with the Group’s FX risk mitigation strategy, including recommendations on hedging requirements.

  • Identify and implement strategies to enhance cashflow efficiency and as well as opportunities to automate treasury tasks
  • Any other duties as reasonably agreed. 
  • Support the Treasurer with regular reports on cashflow forecast and liquidity position
  • Support the Treasurer with analysing and reporting foreign exchange exposures and assist in risk management solutions and strategies
  • Support the Finance team with financial market data requirements, including monthly and quarterly reports
  • Support a robust and sound treasury function to cater for increasing global footprint of business operations, including new country entry and bank onboarding.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust treasury risk management framework.
  • Contribute to ongoing review of existing Treasury processes and provide optimisation strategies to enhance efficiencies of the Treasury team.

 

Who you are:

Essential

  • Tertiary qualification in finance, economics, commerce (CFA beneficial)

  • Experience in corporate cash flow management, treasury operations, or a related finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
  • Experience in assessing, quantifying and managing FX exposure (risk)
  • Experience in working and managing multiple currencies
  • Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills

  • Self-driven and motivated

  • Keen eye for details

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experienced EXCEL and PowerPoint user

Desirable

  • Experience in high growth environments

  • Experience in working in a global organisation

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modelling tools
  • Experience working with Bloomberg.
