Requirements:
• Must have experience in customer service, front desk, client experience or similar roles.
• Experience working in the beauty, skincare, wellness, luxury retail environments is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized with good attention to detail
• Confident handling client interactions both in person and online
