Job Responsibilities
*Handling customer transactions and inquiries professionally
*Assisting customers with account-related services
*Maintaining accurate records and documentation
*Receiving and processing payments
*Supporting daily office operations and customer service activities
*Ensuring excellent customer experience and relationship management
*Preparing daily transaction reports when required
Requirements
*Minimum of HND or Degree in a related field
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
*Strong numerical and record-keeping skills
*Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
