Job Description
The Farm Manager is responsible for coordinating all activities on the farm, including livestock or crop management (depending on the farm type), supervising workers, ensuring efficient use of farm assets, managing procurement, and keeping accurate records. The position also involves maintaining best farming practices through research and development (RnD), engaging customers, and preparing regular farm reports. The Farm Manager will perform any additional duties assigned by management.

• Manage day-to-day farm operations

• Supervise all farm activities and ensure work is completed effectively
• Manage and coordinate support staff
• Ensure all Farm Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed
• Maximize and maintain all farm assets
• Drive business development initiatives for the farm
• Engage customers and address their needs or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of farm operations
• Prepare and submit periodic farm reports
• Research and apply best farming practices (RnD)
• Perform any other duties assigned by management
