Job Description
The Organizational Effectiveness Manager will be responsible for enhancing organizational performance through effective structure design, process improvement, talent optimization, and change initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with leadership and HR to ensure the Bank remains agile, efficient, and people-focused.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives aligned with business strategy
• Drive change management initiatives and support business transformation projects
• Analyze workforce data to improve productivity and performance
• Develop and implement performance management frameworks
• Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
• Review and improve internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Partner with HR and business leaders to enhance employee engagement and culture
