Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Accra.
We are looking for a Female Accounting Personal Assistant to provide both administrative and accounting support for smooth financial operations and effective time management for the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and maintaining financial records.
· Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and petty cash transactions.
· Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
· Reconcile bank accounts and support account reconciliations.
· Organize and maintain accounting and administrative files.
· Handle confidential financial and administrative information with discretion.
Qualifications & Skills:
· 1–2 years of accounting or administrative support experience.
· Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
· Females are strongly encouraged to apply.
· Must reside in and around Awoshie, Ablekuma and Pokuase.
· Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
· Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
