Graphic Designer- NSP

Job Summary:

As an NSS Graphic Designer, you will assist in the creation of visual content to support branding, communication, and marketing goals. You will work closely with the design and communications team to develop creative assets for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design digital and print materials including flyers, posters, social media graphics, infographics, banners, and newsletters.
2. Assist with brand development and ensure all visuals align with the company’s visual identity.
3. Support the team with layout and design tasks for reports, presentations, and publications.
4. Collaborate with content creators and other departments to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
5. Edit photos and images to enhance content aesthetics.
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
7. Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and project files.
8. Perform other duties related to creative content as assigned.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
3. A strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
4. Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
5. Good eye for detail, typography, and layout.
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

1. Experience with Canva, Figma, or web design tools. 
2. Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing basics.
3. Photography or motion graphics experience.
