Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resource Assistant based in Lagos. The role allows a mix of in-office and remote work.
Responsibilities include assisting with HR tasks, providing excellent customer service, managing employee records, supporting training initiatives, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures
Experience with Training and development practices
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional demeanor
Organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using office tools and basic HR software.
