Support recruitment of high-performing sales professionals.
Develop incentive schemes and commission structures for sales teams.
Monitor and analyze sales team performance from an HR perspective.
Align HR strategies with sales targets and revenue goals.
Provide coaching and training support to improve sales productivity.
Strategic Functions:
Drive organizational development and culture initiatives.
Implement performance appraisal systems linked to sales KPIs.
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, productivity).
Partner with leadership to support business expansion and growth.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5–8 years HR experience, with proven exposure to sales environments.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Experience in sales, business development, or working closely with sales teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
