About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will understand both manufacturing and sales operations, and drive financial efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute marketing activations across assigned regions to promote products.
· Develop strategies to create brand visibility and awareness.
· Support sales teams with lead generation and sales-driving initiatives.
· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Key Requirements:
· A First Degree from a recognized university.
· 2–3 years of relevant working experience within the agro-chemical industry.
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
