Ankobra Beach is seeking a results‑driven and creative Marketer to lead and implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing occupancy rates, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive room bookings, events, and restaurant sales.
- Identify and secure corporate partnerships, travel agents, tour operators, and institutional clients.
- Manage digital marketing platforms, including social media, website content, email campaigns, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new revenue opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, special packages, and seasonal offers.
- Maintain and expand the hotel’s customer database.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide periodic performance reports to management.
- Represent the hotel at networking events, trade fairs, and tourism exhibitions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing (hospitality industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong knowledge in Graphic Design (social media content creation is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
- Creative, proactive, and target‑oriented mindset.
