Job summary
As a Sales Progressor you will be tasked with advancing a property transaction from offer agreed, through to successful completion and move in. You will be in communication with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage advisors both internally and externally, along with all other parties involved in the transaction.
Skills required:
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Clear, confident spoken English suitable for UK-based clients
- Previous experience in dealing with a large workload desirable
- Previous experience in residential property sales progression desirable
- Able to deliver a high level of customer service
- Knowledge of the residential sales process
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- The ability to work under pressure
